Digital Disclaimer Signing
Clubs can require members to digitally sign disclaimers before joining specific training groups. Automatically integrates UK Athletics, British Triathlon, and British Cycling codes of conduct when selected by the club.
Junior Messaging, Safe by Default
Every messaging feature, DMs, group chats, message board, is disabled by default for junior members. Clubs must explicitly enable features for juniors. Safe is the default, not the exception.
what3words Meeting Points
Every training session displays a precise what3words location for the meeting point. Members always know exactly where to go, and in an emergency, emergency services can locate them instantly.
Anonymous harassment reporting for public spaces
No one should feel unsafe while exercising. ActiveSafe gives every club member a way to report incidents of public harassment anonymously, sharing them with the local running community.

Every incident report generates a precise what3words address for the location. Whether it's a trail in the Peak District or a park in the middle of a city, the exact location is recorded unambiguously for insurance and follow-up purposes.
Non-Training Incident Reports
Not every incident happens at training. Clubs can record details of any incident, a slip at the summer BBQ, an issue at a club event, with the same structured, insurance-ready format.
Safeguarding Documents

DBS Expiry Reminders
connectMyClub sends your welfare officer an automatic reminder 8 weeks before any DBS check is due to expire. When a check lapses, access through the DBS-check gate is automatically revoked, so the club is never unknowingly relying on an out-of-date check.
