• Meets & Competitions — schedule competition meets alongside regular training sessions. Members see the full club calendar in one place — training nights, league fixtures, and open meets.
• Race Results & PBs — members log race results or sync them automatically via Strava, Garmin, Wahoo, or Suunto. Results feed into personal bests, season's bests, and club result tables.
• Club Race Timing & Results — run a full results service for cross-country or track meets in-app, from start gun to emailed results. Physical tokens generated by the system are matched to each finisher's QR code — on their Garmin or Apple Watch, in the app, or printed. A single scan uploads all results to the club portal, editable before confirmation, then emailed to each participant individually or as a full results list.
• National Race & Meet Database — members search for upcoming UK athletics meets and road races directly in the app. Tap to add a found event to their calendar — or submit event details via the in-app form if it's not in the database yet. Athletes can then log the specific disciplines in which they'll be competing. Events are verified by the connectMyClub team, who add the official website and a precise what3words start location, making the listing available to all connectMyClub users across the UK.
• Club Race League — clubs choose which race distances count toward their internal league (e.g. 5k, 10k, 10 miles, half marathon, marathon). Finish times from the app, Strava, or Garmin feed into the table automatically, with points awarded based on finishing positions among club members. The full table downloads as an Excel file for clubs to format and distribute as they wish.
• Club Calendar — a single shared calendar across all groups, age groups, and disciplines. Committee members update once; members see it instantly in the app.
• Garmin & Apple Watch apps — athletes view their next session or competition entry from their wrist, alongside their QR code for tap-in at sessions.

Governing-body obligations are already embedded in connectMyClub — so clubs can apply them in a click rather than tracking down the latest version of the right document.

• UK Athletics Code of Conduct — built in and automatically applied when you select UK Athletics as your governing body. Members sign digitally on joining a training group or competing.
• Digital Disclaimers per Group — require members to accept a custom or governing-body disclaimer before joining any specific training group or age section.
• Accident & Incident Reports — submit a full report from the scene, with what3words location, photos, and automatically retrieved weather data — everything needed for UK Athletics incident reporting.
• ICE & Medical Details — group leaders and officials access a member's emergency contact and medical notes at the press of a button during training or competition.
